How did we come about building this site?
We know that everyday, more people are getting theirs news from the world wide web. They want the latest and most up-to- date news at their finger tips.
We kept hearing from our friends, associates and acquaintances about their desire for a better way to get the news. Some even wanted to report on the stories themselves, especially when it comes to topics they are very passionate about.
The Victoria Extra! team did just that. We’ve created a website where we or the public at large could report local news stories (news, sports, events, etc.) without any time constraints. Additionally, we have taken advantage of all the news resources on the web to bring you news stories from around the state, nation and the world.
